Yushchenko the Law on amendments to The Law of Ukraine "On The State Budget of Ukraine for the Year 2008 and on Amendments to some Legitimate acts of Ukraine" (№341-VI from 31 July 2008)
The Ukrainian Parliament on the extraordinary session of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of The Sixth Convocation has adopted the given bill(441 votes "for") in the second reading. The law presupposes the allocation of 5,8mlrd. grn. for the surmounting of the consequences of the natural disaster in the Western Regions.
Also The Chairman of The Ukrainian Parliament directed for signature to The President Of Ukraine, V. Yushchenko the Law on amendments to The Law of Ukraine "On the Rate of excise duty on tobacco goods " (№340-VI from 31 July 2008)
On 31st of July, on the extraordinary session of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of The Sixth Convocation the given bill was adopted in the first reading (381 votes "for") . The Law presupposes the raise of the excise duty on tobacco goods, that include the opportunity to raise the incomings to the Budget for the damaged regions on 1,1 mlrd. grn.
